You can get rid of your belly fat and be on your way to six-pack abs by learning the facts and finding the right way to reach your goal.

  1. Avoid Fat – Avoid foods and drinks that have too much fat and sugar because they will increase the amount of fat in your stomach.
  2. Jogging – You can jog anywhere: in your neighborhood or at the gym. Start with at least 15 minutes and add 5 minutes every week.
